Meet Children's Chapter Book Author - Leisa Fail
I write heartfelt children’s chapter books told from the point of view of relatable animal characters. Through gentle humour, empathy, and anthropomorphism, my stories explore wellbeing, resilience, and coping strategies for life’s big feelings.
My books are the books I wish I’d had growing up. They are full of stories that help kids feel seen, understood, and empowered.

I'm currently working on a new series 'Erik's Adventures centred a curious young zebra who leaves the zoo seeking adventure and discovers that his true purpose is bringing happiness to others right where he started. Continuing my passion for creating meaningful, animal-led stories with heart.
My dream is simple: to help children navigate life’s ups and downs through the comfort of a good story and characters they can trust.
